TAPISSERIE DE SIEGES MON AMOUR

Ma reconversion a une dimension bien plus importante que je ne le soupçonnais. En effet, je constate que les autres stagiaires de L'OFA ont toutes et tous , vécu cette perte de sens dans leurs différents domaines d'activité et que la tapisserie est en fait une sorte de thérapie. La tapisserie nous redonne à tous le goût des choses et un sens à ce que l'on fait, et à ce que nous façonnons de nos propres mains. Quelle satisfaction quand on réalise une étape et qu'elle nous paraît réussie visuellement ! La tapisserie développe notre créativité, notre détermination, notre force? notre amour propre, notre estime. Il faut avouer que la méthode traditionnelle de réfection des sièges n'est pas aisée. Il y a eu une étape sur laquelle j'ai éprouvé des difficultés (celle du piquage des bourrelets) , en effet ramener le crin à la main avec cet outil indispensable qu'est le tire crin , est une étape douloureuse pour nos mains, nos articulations...et si nous avons des rhumatismes on souffre quelques jours. Chaque étape de la réfection du siège est un défi , une découverte et une somme d'éfforts physiques. 

J'ai donc presque fini la réfection de mon premier siège , une chauffeuse, et j'en suis satisfaite , mise à part peut être le choix du tissu de la part de mon formateur. Je me suis exprimée sur le mauvais choix du tissu , et sa basse qualité , nous en avons plaisanté en affirmant clairement que la matière ressemblait à une serpillière. Cette chauffeuse étant amenée a être dégarnie à nouveau par un autre futur stagiaire, j'ai du me résigner à son choix.

J'espère tout de même que mon second siège, (et pour le prix du cout pédagogique) il investira dans un tissu qui me motivera un peu plus. Mon goût de l'esthétisme étant prononcé, et considérant que la satisfaction éprouvée est vraiment à cette étape finale de la pose du tissu et des finitions....FAUTEUIL_CHAUFFEUSE

My reconversion has a dimension much more important than I expected it. Indeed, I note that the other trainees of the OFA school have all and all, lived this loss of direction in their various spheres of activity and that UPHOLSTERY is in fact a kind of therapy. Upholstery gives again us with all the taste of the things and a direction so that one makes, and so that we work of our own hands. What a satisfaction when step is carried out and that it appears to us succeeded visually! Does upholstery develop our creativity, our determination, our force? our own love, our regard. It is necessary to acknowledge that the traditional method of repair of the seats is not easy. There was a stage indeed on which I had difficulty (that of the pricking of the pads), to bring back the hair to the hand with this essential tools which is draws it hair, is a painful stage for our hands, our articulations… and if we have rheumatisms one suffers a few days. Each stage of the repair of the seat is a challenge, a discovery and a sum of physical efforts.

I thus almost finished the repair of my first seat, a low armless chair, and I satisfied, am put by it except for can be the choice of fabric on behalf of my trainer. I expressed myself on the bad choice of fabric, and its low quality, we joked about it by affirming clearly that the matter resembled a floorcloth. This low armless chair being brought has to be dismantled again by another future trainee, I have to resign herself to her choice.

I hope all the same that my second seat, (and for the price of the teaching cost) it will invest in a fabric which will justify me a little more. My taste of the aestheticism being pronounced, and considering that tested satisfaction is really with this final stage of the installation of fabric and the completions.
